Support Worker – Fawkner, VIC
Casual | Immediate Start | Regular Ongoing Shifts Available

We’re currently looking for a reliable and caring Support Worker to join our team in Fawkner and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to support a lovely client with their daily needs and community access while enjoying consistent and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, basic meal preparation)
• Transport to appointments, shops, and community activities
• Supporting independence, wellbeing, and social participation
• Encouraging confidence through new experiences and routine support
• Building strong, respectful relationships with participants

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

• Friendly, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Confident working independently and supporting individual needs
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a professional, caring manner
• Available for regular, ongoing shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience or relevant qualification (Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, Health or Community Services)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence + own car with full comprehensive insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Modules
• Police Check (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 3 doses)
• Current Flu Vaccine (within 12 months)
• First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
• CPR Training (within 12 months)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $41 - $44 per hour (based on experience)
